Abstract:
In order to analyze the load of drainage pipelines during normal operation, the 810 m rescue and drainage pipeline for coal mine shaft was taken as the example, the 3D model of drainage pipeline was established by CAD software, and the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to analyze statics characteristics, simulate the distribution of stress and strain in the vertical direction of drainage pipe under the given static load, and evaluate the safety of drainage pipeline. The results showed that the cross section of the top pipeline was the most dangerous section, and the maximum stress of pipeline structure was 138.88 MPa, it was less than the stress limit, which verified the strength and stability of pipeline structure, and provided a basis for the reliable operation of rescue and drainage system. In addition, combined with the principle of safety and economy, some suggestions were proposed for material selection of lower end pipelines.
