Abstract:
According to the surrounding rock control problem of soft rock roadway influenced by unilateral mining, under the engineering background of 310 track lane in Xinzhi Coal Mine, we analyze the influence laws of roadway excavation and mining near the working face on the stability of roadway, and study the evolution characteristics of lateral stress and displacement of surrounding rock with FLAC
3D numerical simulation software. Influenced by the basic roof failure caused by the face mining, the deformation of the roadway sidewalls near the goaf is larger and the settlement is asymmetric. Based on the conclusion, the asymmetrical roadway support layout method of roof anchor at the side of goaf is presented, and the roadway support schemes are designed with the supporting means of reinforcing and grouting the surrounding rock and sealing roadway with concrete. It shows that the effect of roadway surrounding rock control is obvious with the engineering practice.
