超长工作面过联络巷期间自燃防治技术
Technology of Fire Prevention and Control During Super-long Working Face Passing Through Crossheading

摘要: 为解决沙吉海煤矿B1003W01工作面过联络巷期间可能面临采空区遗煤氧化自燃和三角煤体破碎后易吸氧升温形成异常高温点等问题,在工作面过联络巷之前,通过调整通风系统和过联络巷期间采取加强自然发火预测预报、采空区全断面注氮和压注三相泡沫、煤体打钻注水及高分子复合胶体封堵漏风通道等综合防灭火技术措施来抑制采空区遗煤氧化自燃。实施措施效果表明:在过联络巷2个月期间,采空区内束管检测数据显示均为正常,采空区CO体积分数最高为43×10-6,上隅角CO体积分数最高为36×10-6,联络巷内温度最高为35 ℃,采空区未发现高温异常点,工作面安全推过联络巷。Abstract: In order to solve the problems of residual coal spontaneous combustion in goaf and abnormal high temperature after the fracture of the triangle coal when it absorbed the oxygen during Shajihai Coal Mine B1003W01 working face passing through crossheading, a series of measures were adapted. Before working face passing through crossheading, by adjusting the ventilation system, comprehensive fire prevention measures including strengthening spontaneous combustion prediction, the whole section nitrogen injection in goaf, the injection of three-phase foam, the coal body drilling and the water injection and the macromolecular compound colloid sealing air leakage tunnel during passing through crossheading are adopted to suppress the spontaneous combustion of abandoned coal in goaf. The effect of the implementation measures indicates that the data of beam tube observation in goaf are normal during face passing through crossheading, such as CO maximum concentration in goaf is 43×10-6 and in upper corner angle is 36×10-6, maximum temperature in crossheading is 35 ℃ and without high temperature pot in goaf. By adapting above measures, the working face got through link-roadway safely.
