煤矿膨胀性泥岩钻孔缩径主控因素敏感性研究

    Sensitivity Study on Main Controlling Factors of Borehole Shrinkage for Expansive Mudstone in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为分析各种因素对煤矿膨胀性泥岩钻孔缩径的影响程度,选取含水率、地应力和不同围岩力学参数,利用数值软件ANSYS对各因素对膨胀性泥岩钻孔缩径影响进行了敏感性分析。引入敏感度因子来评价各因素独立作用对钻孔缩径影响的敏感程度,用正交试验法分析各因素在相互关联的基础上对钻孔缩径影响的敏感程度。试验结果表明,含水率是影响膨胀性泥岩钻孔缩径最敏感也是最重要的参数;线性膨胀系数和泊松比对钻孔缩径影响比较显著,但比含水率的影响作用差;弹性模量的影响相对较小;而地应力的影响最不显著。

       

      Abstract: In order to analyze the influence of various factors on borehole shrinkage of expansive mudstone in coal mine, the sensitivity analysis of the influence of various factors on borehole shrinkage of expansive mudstone was carried out by using numerical software ANSYS, with water content, crustal stress and different mechanical parameters of surrounding rock. Sensitivity factor was introduced to evaluate the sensitivity of each factor to the effect of borehole shrinkage, and the sensitivity of each factor was analyzed by orthogonal experiment. The experiment results show that water content is the most sensitive and important parameter affecting the borehole shrinkage of expansive mudstone; the influence of linear expansion coefficient and poisson ratio on borehole shrinkage is significant, but the effect is less than that of water content; the effect of elastic modulus is relatively small; the influence of crustal stress is the least significant.
