基于Matlab的煤与瓦斯突出过程气压可视化研究

    Study on Gas Pressure Visualization During Coal and Gas Outburst Based on Matlab

    • 摘要: 为了实现煤与瓦斯突出过程中气压可视化分析,利用自主研发的多场耦合煤矿动力灾害大型模拟试验系统开展了煤与瓦斯突出物理模拟试验研究,同时编写Matlab数据可视化程序,得到突出过程中断面内轴线及断面气压时空分布形态,分析结果如下:突出发生后,靠近突出口附近煤体内气压最先开始下降,远处煤体内气压下降时间依次滞后;不同断面内横纵轴线气压随着突出的发展均呈现对称分布,且突出口中轴线位置对应气压下降速率快于两侧气压下降速率;断面内气压近似呈漏斗状分布,对应投影气压云图呈圆环形分布,在一定程度上验证了突出的“球壳失稳”假说。

       

      Abstract: In order to study gas pressure visualization during coal and gas outburst, physical simulation experiment was carried out by the independent research and development of multi-field coupling testing system for dynamic disaster in coal mine. The interrupt process of the inner surface of the axis and the fracture surface of spatial and temporal distribution patterns of the pressure were obtained based on Matlab data visualization program. The analysis results are as follows: after the occurrence of the outburst, inner pressure near the outbust mouth of the coal body first begins to drop, the time of pressure drop was delayed in the distant coal body; different cross-sections within the horizontal longitudinal axis of the pressure with the development of outbust shows a symmetrical distribution, and the outbust port of the axis position corresponding to the pressure decreasing rate is faster than the pressure drop rate of the both sides; the pressure in the section is approximately funnel-shaped, and the corresponding projection pressure cloud is circular, which verifies the hypothesis of “spherical shell destabilization” of outbust in a certain extent.
