深部采准巷道顶板变形及控制技术研究

    Study on Roof Deformation and Control Technology of Deep Mining Gateway

    • 摘要: 深部采准巷道支护问题是当前煤炭资源向深部开采所必须解决的关键问题之一。深部岩体受到较大的水平构造应力,使得顶板在上部岩层压力和水平构造应力联合作用下发生变形。采用材料力学压弯组合变形计算顶板产生的挠度与最大拉应力公式,利用所得结论对小庄煤矿40303工作面回风巷道进行支护设计。现场监测结果表明:该公式可用作顶板变形及拉应力验算,支护优化后控制了顶板围岩的剧烈下沉,取得了良好的支护效果。

       

      Abstract: The supporting problem of deep mining gateway is one of the key problems that must be solved in coal mining. The deep rock mass is subjected to a large horizontal tectonic stress, resulting in deformation of the roof under the combined action of the upper rock pressure and the horizontal tectonic stress. The deflection and maximum tensile stress formulae of roof are calculated by using the compression bending combination deformation of material mechanics, and the the results are used to design the turn airway of 40303 working face in Xiaozhuang Coal Mine. Field monitoring results show that the formula can be used to calculate the roof deformation and tensile stress. After the support optimization, the steep subsidence of the surrounding rock of the roof is controlled, and the good supporting effect is achieved.
