Abstract:
In order to validate the practicability of numerical simulation technology in pre-splitting blasting engineering, the western slope of Buzhaoba Mine in Yunnan Province is taken as an example. The pre-cracks of pre-splitting blasting are simulated through ANSYS/LS-DYNA software under the condition of different blasting parameters. In this paper, the blasting effect of pre-cracks is calculated and analyzed, and the density of wire charge, hole spacing and hole diameter parameters are obtained. The groups of pre-splitting blasting parameters used in the field test, respectively from the slope and porosity, slope surface roughness, hole position of rock breakage status, with or without roots, wall rock for the blasting crack, presence of over excavation and shock absorption effect of reserved rock mass, to evaluate several aspects of pre-splitting blasting effect, and get a set of optimal parameters. It is proved by practice that the blasting parameters are optimized by numerical simulation and blasting test and the blasting results are obvious.
