Optimization of Bolt-grouting and Anchor Cable Joint Support Technology

  • 摘要: 为了解决在破碎区段巷道支护常出现的支护效果差等问题,基于锚注、锚索支护机理及破碎围岩的特性,对锚注锚索联合支护的相关支护参数进行了优化。在巨野煤矿1 309工作面应用优化后的支护参数取得了良好的效果,主要表现在,巷道围岩变形速度由45 mm/月降至5 mm/月,且巷道位移与锚索受力趋于稳定;巷道顶底板及两帮收敛变形很小,没有出现冒顶、片帮及底鼓现象,返修率由80%降至20%,每月进尺增加30%。
    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of poor support effect in broken section roadway support, based on bolt-grouting, anchor cable support mechanism and the characteristics of broken surrounding rock, the related supporting parameters of bolt-grouting and anchor cable combined support are optimized. Good results have been obtained by applying the optimized support parameters in 1309 working face of Juye Coal Mine. The main result is that the deformation velocity of surrounding rock of roadway is reduced from 45 mm per month to 5 mm per month. The displacement of roadway and the force of anchor cable tend to be stable. The deformation of roof and floor of roadway and the two sides is very little, there is no roof fall and tunnel bottom heave, the rate of repair is reduced from 80% to 20%, and the monthly footage increases by 30%.
