Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of poor support effect in broken section roadway support, based on bolt-grouting, anchor cable support mechanism and the characteristics of broken surrounding rock, the related supporting parameters of bolt-grouting and anchor cable combined support are optimized. Good results have been obtained by applying the optimized support parameters in 1309 working face of Juye Coal Mine. The main result is that the deformation velocity of surrounding rock of roadway is reduced from 45 mm per month to 5 mm per month. The displacement of roadway and the force of anchor cable tend to be stable. The deformation of roof and floor of roadway and the two sides is very little, there is no roof fall and tunnel bottom heave, the rate of repair is reduced from 80% to 20%, and the monthly footage increases by 30%.
