煤矿井下物理爆破快速拆除密闭工艺

    Technology of Physical Blasting Quickly Dismantling Underground Fire Dam

    • 摘要: 为了解决目前煤矿井下密闭墙拆除时间长、效率低、成本高,拆除技术落后的根本问题,基于新型物理爆破快速拆除井下密闭墙技术,通过对其钻孔工艺和爆破工艺进行研究,结合煤矿井下密闭墙的特点,提出出密闭墙爆破安全距离10 m,将密闭墙拆除工艺成本控制在200元以内,施工时长为15 min的新型工艺。结果表明,煤矿井下物理爆破快速拆除密闭工艺有效保障了煤矿井下密闭拆除的安全性,提高了煤矿井下密闭拆除工作效率。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of long time, low efficiency, high cost and backward removal technology of fire dam in underground coal mine, based on the new type of physical blasting quickly dismantling underground fire dam technology, the drilling technology and blasting technology are researched. Combined with the characteristics of underground fire dam in coal mine, we propose the new technique that the blasting safety distance of fire dam is 10 m, the process cost of dismantling fire dam is controlled within 200 yuan, and the construction time is 15 min. The results show that the new type of physical blasting quickly dismantling underground fire dam technology can effectively ensure the safety of dismantling and improve the work efficiency of dismantling fire dam in underground coal mine.
