基于小曲率拐弯钻机的井下分段压裂技术

    Staged Fracturing Technology Based on Small Curvature Bend Drilling Rig Under Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 以提高低渗、难抽煤层抽采效率为研究对象,研究了水射流小曲率拐弯钻机用于煤矿井下梳状孔钻进时的技术及装备,研究并优化了水力射孔自进式钻头喷嘴结构;建立了水射流小曲率拐弯钻机与分段压裂相结合的难抽煤层钻、压、抽三位一体的瓦斯增透技术体系和工艺流程,并在新景矿进行了现场试验。现场监测分析表明,小曲率拐弯钻机结合分段压裂技术能有效、充分改善煤层瓦斯流场,显著提高煤层瓦斯抽采效率。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the extraction efficiency of low permeability and hard pumping coal seam, the technology and equipment of small curvature bend drill based on water jet applied for the drilling of comb holes was studied, the structure of hydraulic perforating self-propelled drill nozzle was studied and optimized. Based on the combination of water jet and segmented fracturing, drilling, pressing and pumping three in one coal seam gas permeability improving technology system and process flow for hard pumping coal seam was established. And in situ tests in Xinjing mine, field monitoring analysis show that small curvature bend drill combined segmented fracturing technology can fully improve the coal seam gas flow field effectively and significantly improve the efficiency of coal seam gas extraction.
