Abstract:
In order to study the problem of creep instability of mining coal due to the gas emission, a nonlinear creep equation was developed to simulate its creep instability process, which was derived by the nonlinear model theory and the linear superposition principle under the condition of dynamic load. The results showed that the creep equation can well describe the creep instability process of mining coal during the gas emission; the crustal stress is the first factor of mining coal, however, the gas emission will lead to its instability and accelerate the instability process; yield stress is the key reference point for early warning of coal and gas outburst.
