基于DEMATEL方法的煤矿企业职工行为安全影响因素分析

    Analysis on Influencing Factors of Workers’ Behavior Safety in Coal Mine Enterprises Based on DEMATEL Method

    • 摘要: 为探究煤炭企业职工行为安全的影响因素,通过文献的查阅研究和专家咨询对煤炭企业职工行为安全体系进行界定,概括为4个维度、13项构成因素,设置问卷调查并整合数据结果,采用决策实验室分析方法(DEMTEL)定量分析各影响因素在体系中的作用大小,影响因素之间的依存关系和关联强度,找出关键因素和原因因素。结果表明,影响企业职工行为安全的核心因素从大到小依次是工龄、学历结构、违规作业、违反劳动纪律和违章指挥,工龄和学历结构既是关键因素,同时也是原因因素,结合影响因素中心度的分析,指出良好的技能在职工安全作业中有着明显的驱动作用。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the influencing factors of workers’ behavior safety in coal enterprises, we define the behavior safety system of workers in coal enterprises by means of literature review and expert consultation. It is divided into four dimensions, 13 factors. We set up questionnaire and integrating data results, adopt decision (DEMTEL) to quantitatively analyze the effect of the influencing factors in the system, the dependency relationship between the influencing factors and the correlation intensity, and find out the key factors and the factors. The results show that the core factors that affect the safety of employees’ behavior are the working years, educational structure, illegal operation, violation of labor discipline and violation of regulations, and working age and educational structure are both key factors and cause factors; combined with the analysis of influencing factors, it is pointed out that good skills have obvious driving effect in the safety operation of employees.
