Abstract:
In order to explore the influencing factors of workers’ behavior safety in coal enterprises, we define the behavior safety system of workers in coal enterprises by means of literature review and expert consultation. It is divided into four dimensions, 13 factors. We set up questionnaire and integrating data results, adopt decision (DEMTEL) to quantitatively analyze the effect of the influencing factors in the system, the dependency relationship between the influencing factors and the correlation intensity, and find out the key factors and the factors. The results show that the core factors that affect the safety of employees’ behavior are the working years, educational structure, illegal operation, violation of labor discipline and violation of regulations, and working age and educational structure are both key factors and cause factors; combined with the analysis of influencing factors, it is pointed out that good skills have obvious driving effect in the safety operation of employees.
