Abstract:
The 5302 coal mining face of Zhaolou Coal Mine is defined as the long-distance large-width coal mining face due to the larger width working face and longer roadway. In order to solve the problem of severe heat damage caused by “long distance” and “wide width”, according to the basic principle of local cooling and the actual situation of coal mine site, we propose three kinds of cooling methods and carry out the optimal analysis after the systematic study of the internal heat damage. The analysis shows that the traditional cooling method is difficult to achieve good cooling effect, moreover, the new combination cooling technology of “air cooler + dustproof water + emulsion” solves the heat damage problem of 5302 working surface effectively.
