强采动应力影响下大断面硐室围岩结构变形破坏机理及控制
Mechanism and Control of Deformation and Failure of Surrounding Rock Structure of Large Section Chambers Under the Influence of Strong Mining Stress

摘要: 以晋城矿区某矿大断面硐室为工程背景,分析了大断面硐室变形破坏特征和影响因素。基于硐室地质力学环境、变形破坏范围、应力分布状态等因素,提出了以注浆加固和注浆锚索联合加固方案,并进行了工业性试验。研究结果表明:采用注浆加固支护后,水泥浆液充填了煤岩体节理、裂隙,同时也使破碎煤岩体成为了胶结体,改善了破碎煤岩体的力学特性;注浆锚索使围岩的承载能力显著增强,有效控制了围岩的不连续变形。Abstract: Based on the large cross section chambers of Jincheng Mining Area, the characteristics and influencing factors of deformation and damage associated with the large cross section chambers are analyzed. Based on the geological mechanics environment, deformation and failure range, stress distribution state and so on, the grouting reinforcement and grouting anchor joint reinforcement program is proposed based on above researches. And industrial tests are carried out. The research results show that: after grouting reinforcement and grouting anchor combined support, the cement slurry fills the joints and fissures of the coal rock mass, and also makes the broken coal rock mass become cementite, improves the mechanical properties of the crushed coal rock mass; the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock is greatly enhanced by grouting anchor cable, which effectively controls the discontinuous deformation of surrounding rock.
