Abstract:
Based on the large cross section chambers of Jincheng Mining Area, the characteristics and influencing factors of deformation and damage associated with the large cross section chambers are analyzed. Based on the geological mechanics environment, deformation and failure range, stress distribution state and so on, the grouting reinforcement and grouting anchor joint reinforcement program is proposed based on above researches. And industrial tests are carried out. The research results show that: after grouting reinforcement and grouting anchor combined support, the cement slurry fills the joints and fissures of the coal rock mass, and also makes the broken coal rock mass become cementite, improves the mechanical properties of the crushed coal rock mass; the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock is greatly enhanced by grouting anchor cable, which effectively controls the discontinuous deformation of surrounding rock.
