大功率打捞式动力头结构设计与应用

    Structure Design and Application of High Power Fishing Power Head

    • 摘要: 为了满足处理ZDY6000LD(A)型煤矿用履带式全液压坑道钻机孔内事故的需求,设计了12 000 N·m大功率打捞动力头;考虑到钻机受力情况较为复杂,使用有限元算法对其关键零部件进行了分析,模拟了钻机实际工况下的受力情况,为加工前的优化设计起到指导性的作用;将试制的样机应用于孔内事故处理当中,验证了产品的可靠性和实用性。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the demand of drilling accident of ZDY6000LD(A) mine-used crawler full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig, the 12 000 N·m high power fishing power head is designed. Considering the complexity of the drill force, the key parts are analyzed by finite element method, and the force under the actual condition of the rig is simulated, which plays a guiding role in the optimization design before processing. The test prototype is applied to the drilling accident treatment, and the reliability and practicability of the product is verified.
