Abstract: A high quality digital broadcast communication system integrating IP, broadcasting and value-added scheduling communication is proposed, and the embedded broadcasting terminals for mine, communication terminals, speakers and other products are developed and designed. Combined with the supporting software, it can realize the functions of whole mining broadcasting, subdivision multicast, dispatching communication, regional broadcasting and emergency broadcasting. This paper expounds its working principle, research and design idea, and structure and software design.
