低浓度煤层气分布式提纯系统的研制与应用

    Development and Application of Distributed Purification Equipment for Low Concentration Coalbed Methane

    • 摘要: 为实现野外分布式地面抽采条件下的低浓度煤层气(CH4≤30%)的安全增压集输,研制了由低浓度煤层气安全隔离系统、变压吸附系统和增压集输系统3部分组成的低浓度煤层气分布式提纯系统,该系统集安全隔离、低浓度煤层气提纯和增压集输3个功能于一体,具有小型、撬装、安全、节能、环保等特点。晋城矿区典型地面钻井的工业性试验表明:采用该提纯系统前,地面钻井的CH4抽采浓度为20%~35%,且只能在CH4抽采浓度高于30%时才能开启增压机利用;安装该系统后, CH4抽采浓度提高至65%左右,可实现连续增压利用,煤层气利用率由5.1%提升至80%以上,实现了低浓度煤层气的再利用,并减少了温室气体排放。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize the safe pressurization and transportation of low concentration coalbed methane (CH4≤30%) under the condition of wild and distributed production, a low concentration coalbed methane distributed purification system consisting of a low concentration coal bed gas safety isolation system, a variable pressure adsorption system and a pressurization and transportation system is developed. The system integrates safety isolation, low concentration coal bed gas purification and pressurization and transportation three functions in one, and has characteristics of small size, skid-mounted package, safety, energy saving and environmental protection. The industrial test of typical surface borehole in Jincheng mining area shows that: the CH4 concentration of the surface borehole is 20% to 35% before the use of purification system and the supercharger can be turned on when the CH4 concentration is higher than 30%; the CH4 extraction concentration reaches to about 65% after installing the system to realize continuous supercharging; the utilization rate of CBM is increased from 5.1% to over 80%, which realizes the reuse of low-concentration CBM and reduces greenhouse gas emission.
