高应力软岩巷道强淋水带疏堵结合施工控制技术

    Control Technology of Dredging and Blocking For Roadway Construction of High Stress Soft Rock with Serious Water Spraying

    • 摘要: 西部矿区煤炭赋存地层具有表土层不含水、基岩段地下水发育的特点,基岩强度劣、胶结差、遇水泥软化。以宁夏麦垛山煤矿为工程依托,基于该矿基岩裂隙发育、围岩含水量大、顶板淋水、突水淹井等工程问题,采用室内试验、钻孔窥探、数值模拟与变形监测等手段,对富水围岩突水机理进行讨论,在此基础上,运用“疏堵结合、封闭加固”的巷道治理思想,制定了高应力软岩巷道强淋水带疏堵结合关键施工技术并研究其控制效果。结果表明,采用钻眼疏水与封闭止水相结合的联合控制技术可以保证巷道变形控制在合理范围,底板变形量仅为普通管棚注浆支护的28.8%,两墙最大相对移近量减小了86.7%;同时能够显著减少附近围岩的应力集中现象,降低迎头前方的水头压力,有效改善围岩的受力状态;现场实测变形及数值模拟结果相一致,证明了该支护技术具有良好的变形控制效果。

       

      Abstract: Characteristics of the occurrence of coal formation in western mining area are without water in topsoil and has a large amount of water in bedding rock, and the surrounding rock has typical mechanical properties such as low intensity, poor cementation, muddying in the presence of water. Taking Ningxia Maiduoshan Coal Mine as the engineering background, combined with the current situations of fracture development in bedrock, surrounding rock containing a large amount of water, water spraying in roof and water bursting of roadway, water inrush mechanism of surrounding rock were summarized with laboratory experiment, borehole imaging, numerical simulation and field monitoring. Based on the idea of “dredging and blocking, sealing and strengthening”, a joint control scheme for roadway construction of high stress soft rock with serious water spraying was presented, and the control effect of the technology was studied. The results show that the joint control scheme can ensure that tunnel deformation control is in a reasonable range, floor deformation decreases to 28.8%, and the maximum relative displacement of two side walls reduced by 86.7%. The technology can significantly reduce stress concentration, and effectively improve stress state of surrounding rock. The field monitoring data are consistent with the simulation results, which proves that this scheme gets good control effect.
