Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of low strength, easy cracking and impermeability of pouring concrete in a coal mine, with the test methods of anti-pressure, anti-folding, anti-permeability and micro-expansion, the influence of different dosage of FZ-H80 cement-based additives on the mechanical properties of concrete was analyzed. The mechanism of reinforcement is explained, and temperature sensor is used to monitor the temperature of concrete. The results show that: the dosage of pouring 12% cement-based admixture is the best ratio, anti-pressure and anti-folding strength growth rate is 10.7% and 14.6% respectively, the inflation rate is 0.28%, permeability level reaches to S34; the internal and external temperature difference of the concrete wall is within a reasonable range, and there is no cracking and seepage phenomenon on the surface, and the support effect is remarkable.
