Abstract: In order to improve the level of national coal mine safety supervision departments, strengthen the interoperability between security law enforcement departments and enterprises, achieve the national coal mine safety production information law enforcement, through the study and analysis of coal mine safety supervision and enforcement process, china’s current security situation at safety, public information construction infrastructure and resources, from the platform technology architecture, database design, functional analysis, a coal mine safety supervision information management platform is researched and designed, including the basic information management, law enforcement information management, notification and reminding management, systems and safety management, terminal equipment management, development and upgrading management. That achieves the safety supervision and management of standardized management and procedural management. Field trial shows that the platform can solve the traditional law enforcement process exposed many problems, standardize the law enforcement process, improve the efficiency of law enforcement, ensure the sun law enforcement.
