Abstract: In order to have a further study on the short board of the safety management of the integrated mine in China Pingmei Shenma Group, this paper mainly finds out the weak links of the safety management in the integrated mine, analyzes the causes of the problems, and proposes the countermeasures for making up the short board, improving the quality and enhancing the management level from 7 aspects of reality condition, cultural concept, rules and regulations, technical management and talent team by applying the “cannikin law”, problem management, data statistics methods and comparative research methods.
