基于应力解除理论的三维采动应力测量模拟分析
Simulation Analysis of Three-dimensional Mining Stress Measurement Based on Theory of Stress Relief Method

摘要: 为更好测量采动围岩三维应力大小,较全面获得巷道开挖过程中的采动围岩三维应力张量变化情况,采用应力解除理论方法监测采动应力,通过ANSYS建模对真实巷道工作面开挖推进中测点采动应力钻孔测量进行有限元模拟。得出测点在巷道开挖推进过程中三维采动应力变化分布情况,并分析应力解除法理论模型应用于原岩应力与采动应力测量不同时段误差情况,得出采动开挖阶段,受应力分布差异,误差较大,并具有一定规律性。Abstract: To better measure the three dimensional mining induced stress of surrounding rock, and get more comprehensive changing status of the three dimensional stress tensor for surrounding rock of roadway excavation in the process of mining, in this paper, we use the theory of stress relief method to monitor mining stress, and carry out finite element simulation for the measurement point mining stress borehole measurement in the excavation of real roadway working face through ANSYS modeling. In this paper, the distribution of three-dimensional dynamic stress in the excavation of roadway excavation is obtained, and the theoretical model of stress release method is applied to measure the error of the stress and mining stress of the original rock. It is concluded that the stress distribution is different, the error is larger, and it has some regularity.
