条带充填保水开采导水断裂带高度多因素影响分析

    Multi-factor Influence Analysis of Water Conductivity Fractured Zone Height in Strip Filling Water Preserved Mining

    • 摘要: 针对现西部矿井保水开采技术难题,以曹村煤矿12采区工作面为研究背景,在系统分析了导水断裂带发育高度受多种因素影响的基础上,通过理论分析、现场调研及数值模拟等方法,提出了条带充填开采方案。结果表明:条带充填开采,上覆岩层缓慢下沉,由原“三带”变为“两带”,阻断岩层的破断起到保水作用;煤层开采厚度、顶板岩层强度及结构类型、条带开采采出率、充填参数等是影响条带充填上覆导水裂隙发育高度的主控因素,且上覆岩层下沉值与其值成线性关系。

       

      Abstract: In view of the technical problems of water conservation mining in western mining area, taking 12# coal mining face in Caocun Coal Mine as the research background, based on the systematic analysis of the height of water flowing fractured zone development affected by many factors, through theoretical analysis, field investigation and numerical simulation method, we propose strip filling mining. The results showed that: in the strip filling mining, overburden slowly sinks from the original “three zone” to“two belts”, which blocks rock breaking and plays a role in water conservation; coal seam thickness, the roof rock strength and structural type, strip mining, mining rate, filling parameters are the main controlling factors affecting the development height of overlying water flowing fractured zone, and the overlying strata subsidence value and its value is a linear relationship.
