Abstract: For the difficulty of mud making construction for clay raw slurry, the preparation technology of the high pressure jet flow of clay slurry is proposed. The process is as follows: the original state of clay is broken by the piston pump and handheld nozzle-created high pressure water jet; the slurry pump is transported to the mud purification machine to remove sand; the clay slurry flows into the virgin pulp pool, and the slurry pumps are installed respectively in the virgin pulp pool; the handheld nozzle is used to constitute the internal circulation of the slurry pump, that is stored in a storage pool for the disposition of the clay cement slurry, and the viscosity and density of sediment and clay pulp in pools should be cleaned periodically in the configuration process.
