CFG桩复合地基在沉陷区差异沉降不良地基处理中的应用

  • 摘要: 以老虎台沉陷区为工程实例,针对沉陷区差异沉降不良地基无法满足地基使用要求的问题,采用有限元方法开展了采用CFG桩进行地基处理的数值模拟研究,对采用CFG桩加固前后的建筑物和地基土体的变形情况进行了系统的分析。结果表明:利用CFG桩加固后的地基稳定性大大提高,建筑物整体沉降显著降低,水平位移量值十分微小。验证了CFG桩加固沉陷区差异沉降不良地基的可行性和安全性。对于地基承载力足够大,但地基差异沉降过大的不良地基,采用CFG桩来协调地基变形具有良好效果。
    Abstract: Taking Laohutai subsidence area as an example, for the problem that the differential settlement of bad foundation in subsidence area can not meet the requirements of the use of foundation, finite element method is used to carry out numerical simulation study, that is using CFG pile to carry out foundation treatment, the building before and after CFG pile reinforcement and the deformation of foundation soil are systematically analyzed. The results show that the stability of foundation has been greatly improved after strengthening with CFG piles, the overall subsidence of the building is obviously reduced, and the horizontal displacement is very small. The feasibility and safety of differential settlement of bad foundation by CFG pile in settlement area are verified. For the bad foundation that the bearing capacity is large enough, but the foundation difference settlement is too large, using CFG pile to coordinate ground deformation has good effect.
