杭来湾煤矿大直径钻井工程钻头选型

    Type Selection of Drilling Bit for Large Diameter Drilling in Hanglaiwan Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 煤矿在进行大直径钻孔工程施工时,常采用分级扩孔的施工方法,故大直径扩孔钻头选型合理与否直接影响到大直径钻井工程的施工效率。以杭来湾煤矿大直径钻孔工程为例,介绍了大直径钻井工程的施工工艺,并进行钻头优选,为陕北地区后期同类型钻孔施工积累了宝贵经验。

       

      Abstract: In the construction of large diameter drilling in coal mine, the construction method of grading reaming is usually adopted. Therefore, the selection of large diameter reaming bit is directly related to the construction efficiency of large diameter drilling. Taking the large diameter borehole engineering in Hanglaiwan Coal Mine as an example, this paper introduces the construction technology of large diameter drilling and the optimization of the bit, which has accumulated precious experience for the same type of drilling construction in the later period of northern Shaanxi province.
