工业以太网在盐井一矿中的应用

    Application of Industrial Ethernet in Yanjing No.1 Mine

    • 摘要: 针对目前盐井矿矿网络建设存在的网络信息传输堵塞、网络线缆容易故障等现象导致的煤矿综合自动化系统崩溃,无法正常使用等问题,提出一种基于煤矿自动化矿山网络建设新思路及可行性方案。根据盐井矿自身情况,建设多个冗余网络的模式防止线缆总段导致的网络故障,设计VLAN等安全规则,保证了网络信息的传输正常。经过现场模拟测试以及长期运行表明,盐井煤矿网络具备高安全性、高可靠性等特点。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problems of the collapse and unnormal use of integrated automation system of coal mine caused by network information transmission congestion and fault of network cable in the current network construction of Yanjing mining network, a new idea and feasible scheme of mine network construction based on mine automation is presented. According to the situation of Yanjing Mine, a multiple redundant network mode is established to prevent network failure caused by the total segment of the cable, and the safety law such as VLAN is designed, which ensures the normal transmission of network information. The site simulation test and long-term operation show that the network of Yanjing Coal Mine has the characteristics of high safety and high reliability.
