双动力螺旋钻杆合理参数模拟研究

    Reasonable Parameters Simulation and Study on Dual-power Drilling Rod

    • 摘要: 为使肋骨钻杆在煤矿井下瓦斯抽排钻孔施工时达到最高的效率,在对肋骨钻杆的排渣机理进行分析研究的基础上,运用计算流体动力学(CFD)技术对钻杆螺旋叶片的结构参数进行数值模拟与优化。分析结果表明:φ98 mm的肋骨钻杆,螺旋叶片导程P=100 mm,叶片宽度L=16 mm,排渣效果最优。提出了通过改变叶片形状降低排渣阻力的观点,当叶片外棱边圆角R=4 mm时,相对传统矩形叶片,有效降低了排渣阻力, 提升排渣区域整体排渣速度。

       

      Abstract: In order to achieve the maximum efficiency of rib drill pipe in construction of gas drainage holes in underground coal mines, based on the analysis of the slag drainage mechanism of rib drill pipe, numerical simulation and optimization of the structural parameters of the spiral blade of the drill pipe are carried out by using CFD technology. Theoretical analysis has indicated that the slag-off result is optimal with the rib drill pipe diametre of 98 mm, helical blade lead P of 100 mm, blade width of 16 mm. And we propose the viewpoint of changing helical blade shape to reduce slag-off resistance, when the blade outer edge fillet R is 4 mm, the slag-off resistance is reduced effectively and the whole slag-off speed is increased in the slag removal region in comparison with traditional rectangular blade.
