大采高液压支架带压移架技术

    Advancing Support with Pressure Technology for Hydraulic Support with Large Mining Height

    • 摘要: 针对大采高液压支架带压移架技术展开研究,首先分析了带压移架控制方式特点,然后利用力学模型确定了带压移架残余支撑力的取值范围;根据工作要求及回路特点设计了一种新的带压移架控制回路,通过理论力学分析对保压阀及补液阀参数进行优化以消除压力波动的影响,保证该回路工作的可行性,并在此基础上在榆林某煤矿进行了现场试验;试验表明带压移架技术相较于传统移架方式具有显著的技术优势,为工作面稳定性的维护提供了一种新方式。

       

      Abstract: This paper discussed the technology of advancing support with pressure of large mining height hydraulic support. We first analyze the characteristics of control mode in advancing support with pressure, and then determine the value range of the residual support force of advancing support with pressure by using the mechanical model, design a new control loop for advancing support with pressure according to the work requirement and circuit characteristics. Through theoretical analysis, we optimize the parameters for pressure retaining valve and fluid valve to eliminate the pressure fluctuations to ensure the feasibility of the circuit, and on the basis of the field test in Yulin Coal Mine, experiments show that the advancing support with pressure technology has significant technical advantages compared to the traditional way, which provides a new for maintenance work face stability.
