Abstract:
This paper discussed the technology of advancing support with pressure of large mining height hydraulic support. We first analyze the characteristics of control mode in advancing support with pressure, and then determine the value range of the residual support force of advancing support with pressure by using the mechanical model, design a new control loop for advancing support with pressure according to the work requirement and circuit characteristics. Through theoretical analysis, we optimize the parameters for pressure retaining valve and fluid valve to eliminate the pressure fluctuations to ensure the feasibility of the circuit, and on the basis of the field test in Yulin Coal Mine, experiments show that the advancing support with pressure technology has significant technical advantages compared to the traditional way, which provides a new for maintenance work face stability.
