复杂条件下煤层气钻井堵漏技术研究

    Study on Leakage Plugging Technology of CBM Drilling Under Complex Geological Conditions

    • 摘要: 针对研究区钻井过程中所遇到的漏失问题,从地质条件分析入手,形成针对不同漏失规模和漏速的封堵技术。漏失类型主要有砂泥岩层段压力诱导性漏失和裂缝性漏失,并提出了相应的堵漏措施:在渗透、纵向裂隙发育的砂泥岩中加入复合堵漏剂、单向封闭及锯末进行堵漏;在裂隙地段漏失量较大时,采用大颗粒材料膨润土、棉籽壳并适当提高了钻井液的黏度进行堵漏。

       

      Abstract: In view of the leakage problems encountered in the drilling process in the study area, a plugging technique for different leakage sizes and leakage velocity is developed based on the analysis of geological conditions. The leakage type mainly includes the pressure induced leakage and fracture loss of sand shale, and we propose the corresponding measures that the compound plugging agent, one-way closure and sawdust are added in the sand-mudstone of seepage and longitudinal fissure; when the leakage is large, using the larger particles of bentonite soil, cotton seed shell can appropriately increase the viscosity of drilling fluid for plugging.
