固体充填胶结沿空留巷巷帮支护体优化设计

    Optimal Design of Laneway’s Side Support for Gob-side Entry Retaining with Solid Cemented Backfilling

    • 摘要: 为提高固体充填胶结沿空留巷的效果,以唐口矿9301充填工作面为工程背景,对固体充填胶结沿空留巷巷帮支护体进行优化设计研究。通过对巷帮胶结充填材料的泌水率、强度等性能进行试验,分析了充填料浆的基本特性与胶结充填材料配比之间的内在联系与规律,最终确定了唐口矿巷帮胶结充填材料的配比。通过在唐口煤矿9301充填工作面进行工业性试验表明,优化设计的巷帮胶结充填体具有快凝早强,接顶良好的特点,沿空巷道变形量得到了有效控制。

       

      Abstract: To improve the effect of gob-side entry retaining with solid cemented backfilling, we present optimum design of the support for laneway’s side through taking 9301 backfilling mining face of Tangkou Coal Mine as the background. We analyze the inner link and laws between the basic characteristic of the filling slurry and the ratios of the cemented filling material through studying bleeding rate, strength of the cemented filling material, and select the best ratio of cemented filling material in laneway’s sides of Tangkou Mine. Experimental results on 9301 backfilling mining face of Tangkou Coal Mine illustrate that optimum design of the support for laneway’s side has the features of fast setting, early strength and better packing quality, and the deformation of gob-side entry is effectively controlled.
