复合防灭火喷涂封堵材料特性研究

摘要: 针对目前采空区漏风引起的煤层自然发火问题,研发了一种基于风动喷涂工艺以无机材料为主的新型复合防灭火喷涂封堵材料。实验研究表明,该复合喷涂封堵材料选择水灰比为0.7∶1,复合外加剂掺量为2%时,初凝时间15.8 min,5 min时喷涂浆液黏度14.745 1 Pa·s,材料性能优良;红外光谱分析表明复合外加剂有助于无机材料性能提升;该材料早期强度大、后期强度增长稳定,28 d抗压软化系数(0.825)优良;胶结实验表明材料与煤体胶结性能良好;现场应用后,喷涂巷道百米漏风量由原来的6.5 m3/min降为0.7 m3/min。Abstract: In order to solve the problem of spontaneous combustion of coal seam caused by air leakage in goaf, a new type of composite fire extinguishing and spraying sealing material based on pneumatic spraying technology and inorganic material is developed in this paper. The research shows that when the water cement ratio is 0.7:1 and the compound admixture is 2% of the composite spraying sealing material, the initial setting time is 15.8 min;at 5 min, the viscosity of the spray slurry is 14.745 1 Pa·s;and the material performance is excellent. The infrared spectrum analysis shows that the composite additive helps to improve the material properties of inorganic materials. The material has high strength at early stage and stable strength at later stage, compressive softening coefficient (0.825) of 28 days is good. Cementing experiments show that the bond between the material and the coal is good. After field application, the leakage rate of 100 meters of spraying roadway was reduced from 6.5 m3/min to 0.7 m3/min.
