深部高应力半煤岩巷失稳机理及支护技术
Instability Mechanism and Supporting Technology of Deep High Stress Semi-coal Rock Roadway

摘要: 针对某矿1402E运输巷,采用现场调研、数值模拟、工程实践对深部高应力半煤岩巷失稳机理及支护技术进行研究。结果表明:深部高应力半煤岩巷失稳的主要原因是埋深引起的地应力高和巷道围岩的各向异性造成变形量大;1402E运输巷采用锚带网索支护,锚杆长度2 200 mm,直径22 mm,锚固长度1 000 mm,预紧力为130 kN时,支护效果最好;工程实践中,巷道顶底板移近量平均为661.5 mm,两帮移近量平均为553.5 mm。Abstract: For 1402E haulage roadway, we research the instability mechanism and supporting technology of deep high stress semi-coal rock roadway by the methods of field research, numerical simulation and engineering practice. The results show that the main reasons of instability of deep high stress semi-coal rock roadway are buried depth of high geo-stress and large deformation owing to the anisotropic lithology of surrounding rock of roadway. Supporting effect is the best in 1402E haulage roadway when the anchor belt net cable support is used, and anchor length is 2 200 mm, diameter is 22 mm, and anchorage length is 1 000 mm, the pre-tightening force is 130 kN. Within engineering practice, the mean convergence amount of roadway roof and floor is 661.5 mm, and the average convergence of two walls is 553.5 mm.
