深部大断面煤巷支护失效分析及控制对策

    Supporting Failure Analysis in Deep Large Section Coal Roadway and Control Strategy

    • 摘要: 为解决深部大断面煤巷高应力、支护体易失效问题,对锚网索时空耦合支护进行数值模拟与工程应用研究。以东滩煤矿1306运输巷为背景,通过现场矿压监测,发现支护体与围岩在强度、刚度、结构上耦合效果差是造成支护失效的主要原因。结合支护失效机制,提出及时支护和滞后支护的锚网索耦合支护方式,及时支护采用锚杆高强度高预紧力柔性支护,滞后支护采用锚索高强度高预紧力刚性支护,确定了锚索滞后支护距离为30 m。现场监测发现锚网索耦合支护不仅能够提高支护质量,还能将围岩变形量控制在允许范围内,保证围岩稳定。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of high stress, support failure in deep large section coal roadway, bolt-net-cable space time coupling support is researched by numerical simulation method and engineering application. Based on the engineering background of 1306 haulage gate in Dongtan Coal Mine, first, through field mine pressure monitoring, we found that poor coupling effect of the support structure and the surrounding rock in strength, stiffness, and structural aspects was the main cause of support failure. Then, combined with the supporting failure mechanism, the bolt-net-cable coupling support method including timely support and lagging support were proposed. Timely support is set as low strength flexible support by bolt and lagging support is set as high strength rigid support by rope. Through numerical simulation, the lagging support distance is 30 meters. Last, field application results show that bolt-net-cable coupling support can not only effectively improve the support quality, but also control the surrounding rock deformation in the allowable range and ensure the stability of roadway surrounding rock.
