Abstract:
Based on the geological conditions of 2312 panel in Tangyang Coal Mine of Shandong province, the application of bolt-mesh-anchor-supporting in surrounding rocks of coal roadway with complex stress field is analyzed and optimized through its mechanical characteristics utilizing the FLAC
3D numerical simulation. Results show that the highly concentrated stress with the butterfly asymmetrical distribution is obvious due to the effect of the complex stress field; the affected-zone of the outside rib is larger than that of the other rib. Compared with the common supporting, the strata behaviors of the roadway are relatively light, which shows that the roof subsidence and the ribs convergence are smaller. According to the measurement, the numerical results from the bolt-mesh-anchor-supporting can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rocks and meet the expected goal.
