氮气泡沫技术在郑庄区块水平井解堵的实践认识

    Practical Knowledge of Nitrogen Foam Technology in Horizontal Well Plugging Releasing of Zhengzhuang Block

    • 摘要: 随着排采过程的持续进行,由于水平段井眼堵塞而导致低产的问题在郑庄区块水平井上越来越严重。尝试采用氮气泡沫技术解决水平段井眼堵塞的问题,探讨该技术在郑庄区块的适用性。实践认为:由于郑庄区块储层物性条件差,渗透率较低,氮气泡沫在堵塞的水平段井眼内向前推进以及向地面返排堵塞物时会遭遇巨大阻力,影响解堵效果。裸眼完井的水平井由于无法承受井下压力激动引起的煤层垮塌,导致水平段堵塞程度加剧,所以并不适合采用氮气泡沫技术解决水平段井眼堵塞的问题。玻璃钢筛管完井的水平井可以避免水平段煤层垮塌的问题,针对储层渗透率低的不利情况,提出先氮气扩孔、疏通井眼,后氮气泡沫解堵的新思路,现场应用效果显著。

       

      Abstract: As the drainage process continues, the low-yield problem of horizontal well stoppage is becoming more serious in Zhengzhuang block. By trying to adopt nitrogen foam technology, we solve the problem of stoppage on horizontal well, and discuss the applicability of the technology in Zhengzhuang block. We draw the following conclusion: physical properties of the reservoir and permeability are poor, so nitrogen foam may experiences great resistance when foam advances forward in the horizontal section of the plugged well and returns stemming to the surface, thus the blocking effect is affected. The horizontal well of the open hole which can not withstand downhole pressure fluctuations and cause the collapse of coal seam, thus the level of blockage is more serious. It is not applicable for solving the problem of horizontal well stoppage by nitrogen foam technology. The horizontal wells for glass fiber reinforced plastic screen can solve the collapse of horizontal section coal seam. For the low permeability, the new idea of nitrogen reaming, draining hole and post-nitrogen foaming is proposed, and the effect of increasing gas production in field applications is significant.
