新疆弱粘煤自燃氧化特性试验研究

    Experimental Study on Spontaneous Combustion Oxidation Characteristics of Xinjiang Weakly Caking Coal

    • 摘要: 为了对急倾斜特厚煤层上分层老空区遗煤自燃危险性进行早期预测预报,以新疆乌东煤矿南采区弱粘煤新鲜煤样(初次氧化)和氧化煤样(二次氧化)为研究对象,研究弱粘煤二次氧化自燃特性,及预氧化煤样微观变化特性。实验采用程序升温实验装置研究气体产物释放规律,DSC差示扫描量热仪测试初次和二次氧化煤样的放热特性,及利用红外光谱仪不同温度预氧化煤样官能团规律。研究结果表明:二次氧化煤样的指标气体浓度、产生速率和放热强度均小于初次氧化;随着预氧化温度逐渐升高,含氧官能团含量逐渐增加,脂肪烃含量逐渐减少,芳香环含量基本保持不变。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the early prediction and forecast of the spontaneous combustion risk of upper stratified old coal area in steeply inclined and extra-thick coal seams, taking the fresh coal samples (initial oxidation) and oxidized coal samples (secondary oxidation) of weakly cohesive coal in Wudong Coal Mine as the research object. The characteristics of secondary oxidation of spontaneous combustion of weakly cohesive coal and the micro-variation characteristics of pre-oxidized coal samples were studied. In this experiment, the release law of gaseous products was studied by using a programmed temperature-rising device. The exothermic characteristics of initial and secondary oxidized coal samples were measured by DSC differential scanning calorimetry and the functional groups of coal samples were pre-oxidized by infrared spectroscopy at different temperatures. The results showed that the concentration of oxygen, the rate of generation and the exothermic intensity of secondary coal were lower than that of initial oxidation. With the increase of pre-oxidation temperature, the content of oxygen-containing functional groups gradually increased, the content of aromatic hydrocarbons decreased, aromatic ring content was basically unchanged.
