Impact Analysis of Habitual Domain on Emergency Ability of Coalmine Sudden Events

  • 摘要: 为了分析在煤矿安全管理过程中企业员工行为习惯的积极和阻碍作用,根据习惯领域和安全管理的特征,提出了习惯领域对煤矿突发事件应急能力影响作用的理论模型,采用结构方程模型实证研究了该理论模型。研究结果表明:习惯领域各要素之间具有显著的相互作用,且都对煤矿突发事件应急能力有显著的正向作用关系,人员惯域、管理惯域与煤矿突发事件应急能力对应急管理绩效均有显著的正向作用,习惯领域各要素通过中介变量应急能力对应急管理绩效也有显著的正向作用。
    Abstract: In order to analyze the positive and negative impact of the behavior habit of coal mine enterprise employees in the process of coalmine safety management, based on the main features of habitual domain theory and emergency management, we propose the theoretical model of impact relationship, and make an empirical analysis based on structural equation modeling. The results show that there are significant positive interaction relationships of each factor of habitual domain; all factors have the significant positive impact on emergency capability. Personnel habitual domain, management habitual domain and coalmine sudden events emergency capability have the significant positive impact on emergency management performance. Each factor of habitual domain has the significant positive impact on emergency management performance through mediating variables.
