埠村矿条带开采底板破坏规律分析

    Analysis on the Floor Failure Regularity of Strip Mining in Bucun Mine

    • 摘要: 针对埠村煤矿911采区首采条带工作面初采阶段发生底板突水的问题,采用数值模拟与现场实测等方法,就工作面宽度对底板破坏深度的影响进行了研究。结果表明:条带采宽为15~20 m时,对应的底板破坏深度均为5~7 m;多个工作面叠加影响后底板破坏最大深度为10 m。将采区条带工作面宽度由15 m增至20 m,提高了资源回收率,在保证安全回采的前提下取得了显著的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: According to the floor water inrush of 911 mining area during initial mining stage of the first strip working face in Bucun mine,the influence of working face width on the depth of floor failure is studied by the method of numerical simulation and field measurement.The results show that when strip width is 15~20 m,the corresponding depth of floor failure is 5~7 m;while the effect of more faces is superimposed the maximum depth of floor failure is 10 m.The resource recovery is improved through increasing working face width from 15 m to 20 m,while prominent economic benefits is obtained under the condition of safety mining.
