基于形状指数和面积的不规则煤柱稳定性分析

    Stability Analysis of Irregular Coal Pillars Based on Its Shape Index and Area

    • 摘要: 为了准确判断不规则煤柱的稳定性,提出将煤柱形状指数和面积作为影响煤柱稳定性因素的思路。通过数理统计和实例分析发现,煤柱形状越复杂,其安全系数越小,煤柱就越不稳定。煤柱面积越大,其安全系数越大,煤柱就越稳定。煤柱安全系数与煤柱形状指数和面积之间存在定量关系,在采深约150 m,煤厚约2.2 m,采宽20~30 m,煤柱面积3 000 m2以下条件下,不规则煤柱的安全系数K与其形状指数S和面积A的函数关系表达式为K=8.799 9S-0.9+0.056 1 ln(A)-1.773 4。研究结果表明,煤柱形状指数和面积是影响煤柱稳定性的重要因素,可作为计算不规则煤柱安全系数的重要指标。

       

      Abstract: In order to judge the stability of irregular coal pillar accurately, this paper proposes the idea that the shape index and area of coal pillar are the factors influencing the stability of coal pillar. By means of mathematical statistics and case analysis, the paper suggests that the coal pillar shape is more complex, the safety coefficient is smaller, and the coal pillar area is bigger, the safety coefficient is bigger. There is a quantitative relationship between the safety factor of coal pillar and the shape index and area of coal pillar: in the mining depth of about 150 m, coal thickness of about 2.2 m, mining width of 20 m to 30 m, coal pillar area under 3 000 m2 condition, the safety coefficient of the irregular coal pillar K and its shape index S and area A function relation expression is K=8.799 9S-0.9+0.056 1ln(A)-1.773 4. The results show that the shape index and area of coal pillar are important factors that affect the stability of coal pillar, they can be used as an important index to calculate the safety factor of irregular coal pillar.
