基于CBM-SIM的煤层气井网优化设计

    Coalbed Methane Well Pattern Optimization Design Based on CBM-SIM

    • 摘要: 为了在煤矿准备区、规划区形成相应的井网布置方案,以实现煤与煤层气协同共采,选取梨树煤矿煤层气开发试验井,利用CBM-SIM煤层气数值模拟软件对生产井排采历史进行拟合,并对储层参数进行优化校正,实现了储层的精确表征。同时以直井、矩形井网为背景,在综合考虑压裂规模、生产需要的基础上,设定7种井间距,并借助CBM-SIM软件模拟不同井组抽采15年的产气量,以及抽采5年的瓦斯含量动态变化值,最终针对煤矿不同区域分别确定最佳井间距。研究表明,准备区、规划区的最优井间距分别为200 m×250 m、300 m×300 m,研究成果为梨树煤矿及东北深部薄煤层区地面煤层气开发技术提供了借鉴。

       

      Abstract: In order to form the corresponding well pattern in the coal mine preparation area and the planning area, the CBM-SIM coalbed methane numerical simulation software is used to launch history matching by selecting the coalbed methane development test well in Lishu Coal Mine, and the reservoir parameters are optimized and corrected to achieve the accurate characterization of the reservoir. In the background of the straight wells and the rectangular well pattern, based on the comprehensive consideration of fracturing scale and production requirement, setting up 7 kinds of well spacing, the CBM-SIM software was used to simulate the gas production for 15 years in different well groups, and the dynamic change value of gas content for 5 years. The results show that the optimal spacing is 200 m × 250 m and 300 m × 300 m respectively in the preparation area and the planning area. This conclusion can provide a reference for the development of ground coalbed methane in Lishu Coal Mine and the deep thin seam area in the northeast of China.
