Abstract:
According to the engineering problem of complete deformation, the large failure of supporting construction, and the serious deformation of high-stress fractured mudstone transporting roadway, it is considered that the deformation failure mode belongs to large deformation failure mode of rheolytic soft rock under deep high stress through the analysis of deformation characteristics of surrounding rocks. What’s more, based on the original supporting scheme, it is helpful to propose two schemes, that is, “shotcreting+high strength anchor cable” or “bolting-grouting+high strength anchor cable” support technology. In this paper, comparisons with the change of plastic area and displacement field of numerical simulation on two supporting schemes by FLAC
3D software were performed. Engineering practice shows that: the two sides move quantity is 22.5 mm, the roof convergence is 32.4 mm, floor heave quantity is 53.7 mm; the maximum axial forces are 85.16%, 52.9% and 73.55% of the ultimate breaking load of the anchor bolt at the position of vault, two sides and spandrel respectively; the schedule effectively controls the harmful deformation of surrounding rock.
