Abstract: Based on the ZWY-120/55L type mine backhoe loader, this paper introduced the structure and parameters, optimized it for roadway repairing, analyzed the ancillary equipment program and construction technology, generalized the program of the “backhoe loader + chain plate machine + conveyor ”, and conducted an experiment on repairing and dinting in coal roadway of the Kouzidong 121301 working face. The results show that this application can improve operational efficiency, reduce labor intensity with easy operation and high safety.
