活鸡兔井特近距离煤层群下层煤12315工作面采空区高温治理技术

    High Temperature Management Technology for Gob in 12315 Working Face of Lower Coal Seam in Extremely Close Coal Seam Groups of Huojitu Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 活鸡兔井特近距离煤层群下层煤 12315工作面在回采期间,由于推进速度慢、采空区漏风,导致该面采空区出现高温现象,通过同位素测氡、红外线测温仪测温和电热偶测温确定12315工作面回风巷79~81联巷间、67~69联巷间为具体的高温异常区域并分析了原因,为在最短的时间内控制高温区,采取调整通风系统、地表密实回填、地面打钻注浆、采空区密闭措施孔注浆、注氮、注三相泡沫等联合治理措施,在2个月内就有效地控制了12315面采空区高温,取得了良好的效果,确保了12315工作面安全回采。

       

      Abstract: During the recovery period in 12315 working face of lower coal seam in extremely close coal seam groups of Huojitu Coal Mine, due to the slow advancing speed and air leakage in the gob area, the high temperature phenomenon occurs in the area. By isotopic radon and infrared temperature detection technology and thermocouple temperature measurement, we determine that the specific high temperature abnormal areas are in connection roadways between 79 and 81 crossheadings and between 67 and 69 crossheadings of 12315 working face, and analyze the reasons for the high temperature region. In order to control the high temperature area within the shortest time, taking measures of adjusting the ventilation system, compacting back filling, ground drilling grouting, and joint governance measures of grouting, nitrogen and three-phase foam injection in sealed measure holes in mined area, all these effectively control the high temperature in gob area of 12315 working face in two months and achieve good benefits and ensure the safe production of 12315 working face.
