特厚煤层动压巷道动态注浆加固技术

    Technology of Dynamic Grouting Reinforcement in Dynamic Pressure Roadway of Extremely Thick Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 针对麻家梁煤矿首采工作面回采巷道受采动影响出现顶板周期性台阶下沉、巷道变形严重的问题,采用数值模拟与现场实测相结合的方法,提出了动态注浆加固技术,有效改善了巷道围岩状况。研究表明:工作面超前支承应力具有周期性动态演化规律,巷道围岩呈周期性破坏;超聚混凝土固化速度快、早期强度高,可以作为动态注浆加固材料;确定合理的注浆参数并及时跟踪加固有冒顶征兆的煤岩体能够保证巷道围岩稳定。

       

      Abstract: For the problem that the roof appears the phenomenon of periodic steps descent and the deformation of mining roadway is serious in the first working face of Majialing Mine affected by the working face mining. We use the method of numerical simulation and field measurement, and propose the dynamic grouting reinforcement technique. As the result, the grouting effect is obvious. Study results show that the distribution of advance abutment stress has the periodic dynamic law, and roadway surrounding rock presents periodic damage; the polymer concrete has characteristics of curing speed and high early strength; we determine the reasonable grouting parameters and timely track and reinforce coal and rock with sign of roof caving to ensure the stability of surrounding rock of roadway.
