Abstract:
The coal mine safety production level in China’s different coal-producing provinces is imbalance, so it is important to evaluate the coal mine safety production level in coal-producing provinces to grasp the coal mine safety production situation. Selecting five relative indexes data of 25 coal-producing provinces in 2016, grey fixed weight clustering method and variation coefficient method are used to evaluate the coal mine safety production level of the provinces. According to the evaluation results, the geographic regions and scaled coal mines’ safety production level were graded, and it is found that the gap between coal mine safety production level ranking of different coal-producing provinces and the coal mine safety level of different diving plates is larger. Combing with related factors affecting coal mine safety production, the reasons for the safety production level of coal mine in different coal-producing areas are expounded. The paper proposes some countermeasures to improve the safety production level of coal mine so as to provide reference for further promoting the development of mine safety production in China.
