Abstract:
Identification of coal and delay outburst accident is discussed based on the combination model of outburst-prone coal and barrier layer. Results show that if an outburst accident occurs during operation of drilling, picking, clearing of broken coal or gangue, roadway maintenance, roof support, as well as no operation before the occurrence, it should be considered as a delay one. From 2007 to 2016, the number of delayed outburst accounts for 19% of the total number of coal and gas outburst, and the shortest delay time is 42 minutes. The number of delay outburst accidents which take place during drilling operation is the biggest one.
