基于ANSYS数值模拟的密闭墙抗爆冲击安全性分析

    Safety Analysis of Anti-explosive and Anti-impacted Airtight Wall Based on ANSYS Numerical Simulation

    • 摘要: 为促进矿山安全生产及为密闭墙设计提供科学依据,以神华集团的抗冲击密闭墙为对象,通过ANSYS Workbench软件建立了密闭墙计算模型,并设置4条不同的加载曲线对墙体进行冲击,利用瞬态分析得出了墙体在4种不同持续性的爆炸载荷作用下的受力状态。通过分析墙体的受力分布,得出其在一定强度的冲击下的安全性。结果显示在给定的载荷下,该密闭墙的安全防护性能较好,密闭墙容易出现损伤的危险区域主要为内墙背部和掏槽处,可在内墙加入钢筋减少损伤。

       

      Abstract: To promote the safety of mine production and provide scientific basis for the design of airtight wall, taking the anti-impact airtight wall in Shenhua Group as the object, we establish the calculation model of airtight wall through ANSYS Workbench software, set four different loading curves to impact the wall, and use transient analysis to obtain the stress state of the wall under four kinds of different sustained explosion load. By analyzing the force distribution of the wall, we obtain the safety under the impact of a certain strength. The numerical simulation results show that the safety performance of the airtight wall is good under a given load. The dangerous areas of the airtight wall that is easy to be damaged are mainly at the back of the innerwall and the cuttings, and rebar can be added to the inner wall to reduce damage.
