旋转细水雾降尘特性及机理分析

    Characteristics and Mechanism Analysis of Dust Reduction by Rotating Water Mist

    • 摘要: 为了研究旋转细水雾优良的降尘表现,从雾滴存在时间角度出发,以气液内雾场和气固外流场为研究重点,定性分析旋转细水雾内主外辅的降尘特性。根据旋转细水雾外流场独特的分流、分层现象,同时借助流体动力学相关理论,计算并分析淹没体有效作用域、卷吸作用、马格努斯效应,阐明了旋转细水雾降尘机理。将旋转细水雾降尘区域划分为回流区、卷吸区、马格努斯区、逃逸区等4个主要部分。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the excellent application of rotating fine water mist in dust reduction, gas-liquid mist field and gas-solid flow field are focused in the research from the perspective of water mist existing time, which qualitatively analyzes dust reduction characteristics of main and auxiliary in rotating fine water mist. According to the unique shunt and stratification, effective scope of submerged body, entrainment and Magnus effect are calculated and analyzed with the theory of fluid dynamics, and the mechanism of dust reduction by rotating water mist is expounded. The dust removal zones can be mainly divided into the recirculation zones, the entrainment zones, Magnus areas and escape zones.
