炮掘扰动下瓦斯抽采孔护救促抽技术与应用

    Technology and Application on Gas Extraction Hole Protection for Promoting Drainage Under Disturbing of Blasting Driving

    • 摘要: 针对端氏煤矿煤岩大巷炮掘递进过程中近1/2瓦斯抽采孔受扰动影响失效,抽采能力大减,“抽、掘”失衡严重的问题,在分析失效钻孔抽采参数变化规律的基础上得知:顺层孔因深部煤体塌孔堵塞而失效,穿层孔因周围煤岩体和封孔段松动漏气而失效,经研究确定顺层孔采用全孔段下放筛管护孔技术,穿层孔采用“破孔、透孔、分段封孔”3步走补救技术。应用实践表明:失效抽采孔采用护救技术后,考察期内顺层孔和穿层孔爆破后的抽采纯量平均值较爆破前分别提升13%和20%;抽采时间在爆破后至少延长1个多月;抽采达标时间大幅缩短,区域消突效果检验合格率从45%升高至90%以上。

       

      Abstract: For the problem that about a half of gas extraction holes are failed due to disturbance influence during rock and coal roadway blasting driving in the Duanshi Mine, the ability of drainage reduces much, and the extraction and driving is seriously imbalance, the reasons of hole failure are gotten based on the change laws about extraction parameters, which are that the bedding holes are failed because of deep coal body collapsing, and through beds holes are failed because of loose leakage of rock mass and sealing section. It is determined that bedding holes use technology of screen pipe putting down along full length borehole, and the through beds holes use a three-step retreatment measure which is “breaking hole, drilling hole, stepwise sealing”. The application shows that the extraction scalar average of bedding holes and through beds holes increased by 13% and 20% after blasting in investigation period when the failed holes use protected technology, the time of extraction extends at least one month, and the extraction reach standard time is shortened sharply and rate of the area outburst elimination is increased from 45% to over 90%.
